CHARMING TOWNHOUSE ON THE BEATCH NEAR THE HARBOUR OF CALETA.
The house is located on the one way street by the beach near the harbor and with a incredible view of the sea, the beach and the entire coast to the lighthouse in Torrox. A really genuine "town house" at the best address.
The house is 130 sqm and has two south facing terraces. Open the doors and feel the sea breeze and the sun!
A three-storey house that is practically furnished with everything you may need during your vacation. On the street level there is a large living room with sofa bed for two people and a spacious kitchen with dish washer and dining table. Laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment is behind the kitchen. Bathroom with shower.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms. Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and exit to a large lovely breakfast terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be moved together to a double bed and simpler clothes storage. Main bathrooms.
On the top floor tis a bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a sink so you can brush your teeth and shave in peace and quiet. The large terrace has sunbeds, dinner groupe, BBQ and awnings.
Outside the front door is one of the best beaches and the long promenade. The street that separates the house from the beach is one-way and has very little traffic. The street behind the house is the major thoroughfare where the market opens every Saturday morning. The nearest restaurant is cross the street on the beach.

This is a great house in a great location. The street is quiet, but there is a wonderful little chiringuito right across the road - their seafood is great! The outdoor space is great, but it does lose the sun about 5.30 (in May).
Kristina is a welcoming host, very attentive and will sort out any issue. Thank you.

Waking up to the sounds of the sea and birds is a dream come true. Location is just perfect: facing south on a quiet street and yet close to everything.
House is a wonderful mixture of Spanish and Scandinavian looks and feelings, and offers you well-thought items like shopping trolley, binoculars, lovely sheep skins and umbrellas (yes, you might need them in January 😄).
Kitchen has all necessary utensils for making food; especially sharp kitchen knives are a real joy!
The bedroom is big and the bed is really comfortable.
Roof teracce is spacious and has georgious views.
Bathrooms, well, they are a bit dated and not very functional. Luckily, Kristina told that they will be renovated this spring so they will be ok very soon.
Kristina is a real gem of hosts, professional and sympathetic!

We had a fabulous time at Kristina's place and appreciated the quick and easy communication with her. The location is fantastic and perfect for a beach holiday with little kids (the cute little playground across the street was an added bonus). It's was fully equipped to accommodate 2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids, it's airy enough that we never had to turn on the AC (even with day time temperature highs of 32C), and it has a large terrace with an unbeatable view. Markets are close and restaurants even closer and the folks at the little restaurant just across the street were wonderful (as was the food).
