A nice terrace apartment of 70 sqm in the center of Torre del Mar. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, a nice living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a fantastic roof terrace.
The master bedroom comprises a king size bed 160x200 cm, a large wardrobe and has an exit to a smal balcony. Ensuite bathroom with bath, bide, toilet and washing machine.
Bedroom 2: two singel beds 80x200 cm.

Living room with a dining area and anice lounge part with TV. Exit to a large balcony with sunshine from early morning.
The kitchen has all you might need. Micro, electric stove, oven, water boiler, coffee machine, dish washer.
A spiral stair case brings you up to the private terrace. Here you have a nice view over the mountains, the park and the city and you can enjoy beautiful flowers and plants on the terrace it selfe. Loungers, awnings, gas BBQ and a spacious dining area for you and your guests.
This apartment is next door to our 80 sqm apartment.
Swimming pool is open from mid June until end of August.

Great place at the calm side of Torre
Property well equipped for long as well as for short stay (stayed Apr, May, Jun) functional kitchen with oven and microwave. Tv with chromecast. Good bed and mattresses. Great sunroof terrace with bbq and sunbeds. Swimming pool and garden view. 200m from the sea. Supermarkets at walking distance. Owner is very responsive. Clean building. Loved it! 👍

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Torre del Mar spent auch Danke der sehr schönen Wohnung. Es ist eine sehr gut eingerichtete Urlaubswohnung mit einer sehr schönen und großen Dachterrasee. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. befinden sich in unmittelbaren Nähe. Einzige kleine Criticism, wenn man kochen möchte muss man auf ziemlich große Töpfe griefen. Vielleicht könnte die Vermieterin das özällen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
