From the terrace stair leads to the roof terrace where the sun shines all day long. On the roof terrace there are lounge furniture and sun chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed 160 cm and a inbuilt large wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and toilet and bidet.

Living room with dining area and lounge area with smart TV with Chromecast. Bring your login with you so you can watch you favourite programs.
The kitchen has all you might need. Micro, stove, oven, water boiler, coffee machine and dish washer.
A common pool open from April till end of November. From the pool area you can walk direct to the beach.
There is a garage in the house.
