Situated close to the Baviera golf, with the beach around the corner and a gorgeous view over Caleta de Velez, this apartment is a treasure for the whole family or friends. It has 125 sqm space and three Juliette-balconies facing different directions. Just open the doors and enjoy the sea breeze and the sun.

The whole apartment is beautifully and practically furnished and includes all you need during your stay. The spacious kitchen has a dining table for at least 6 persons – a place to gather for nice meals or long breakfasts before you are heading to the beach or a hike.

Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning utilities. The living room concists has an exit to one of the Juliette-balconies. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink and admire the sunset!

The three bedrooms are all of different character where the largest has its own wardrobe and balcony. Another one has two single beds and a balcony and the third on has a comfortable sofa bed of highest quality. It can easily be convertible to a bed.

Every Saturday the weekly market is outside the house with fresh vegetables, delicious sausages, bags, handcraft and other exiting (and often cheap) things.

In the same house is a small grocery store and around the corner you find one of the best restaurants in the area.

The glittering beach as well as the long walking track along the beach is just cross the road. Here you have everything in reach, living very conveniently in a genuine Spanish village with beautiful surroundings. Welcome!
