Lovely terrace apartment of 90 sqm near the best beach in El Morche (Torrox Costa) The apartment has two bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen in one. Exit to large terrace facing west. From the terrace, the stairs go up to the roof terrace where the sun shines all day. On the roof terrace there is lounge furniture and dining table.
Bedroom 1 Master bedroom has one double bed, 160 cm, large wardrobe.
Large bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 Two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be moved together into a double bed
Bathroom 2 Shower cubicle, toilet, washing machine and dryer
Living room with dining area and lounge area. Smart TV that can be used as such. Chomecast. Bring your login for your TV channels and you will see them here as well. Comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
The kitchen area has everything you could need. Microwave, hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher.
A staircase from the large terrace leads up to the private roof terrace. Up there are both lounge sofas and sun loungers. In addition, you have a fantastic view of the sea. On the lower terrace, outside the living room there is a large dining table and the terrace outside the master bedroom has nice cafe table and chairs.
Common large pool area with both children's pool and adult pool.
Garage is in the property.

The apartment is brand new. A great view to the South. You have a great roof terrace with access from the terrace out of the master bedroom. It's close to the ocean and a nice walk to the main area (approx. 700m-1 km). To the apartment you'll get a parking space inside the house (you drive up 2 levels) with an automatic gate. A nice view to the pool which we couldn't use in February.

We had a great stay at Kristina's place. The penthouse was with rooftop terrace was super. The place was very clean. It's brand new and exactly as pictured. Many thoughtful additions like adapters to add extra plugs, etc. The location is an easy walk to the beach. The host was very communicative throughout the process. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of steps (or a very long ramp) if you come in on foot. If you drive, there is no problem, the parking is very close to the elevator. Hope to return again!
