APARTMENT WITH ROOF TERRACE AT THE BEST BEACH EAST OF MALAGA 

A gorgeous first line terrace apartment of 70 sqm at the best beach in El Morche (Torrox Costa). It comprises two bedrooms, a nice living room/kitchen. Exit to a large terrace facing east. From the terrace stair leads to the roof terrace where the sun shines all day long. On the roof terrace there are lounge furniture, a dining table and a BBQ.

The master bedroom has a king size bed 160 cm and a inbuilt large wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and toilet and bidet.

Bedroom 2: one bunk bed and a single bed.

Bathroom 2: shower cabin and toilet.

Living room with dining area and lounge area with smart TV. Bring your login with you so you can watch you favourite programs.

The kitchen has all you might need. Micro, stove, oven, water boiler, coffee machine and dish washer.

This apartment is neighbouring our apartment called Panorama Beach 4 3-B.

A common pool open from April till end of November. From the pool area you can walk direct to the beach.

There is a garage in the house.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento de Kristina. Todo estaba tal y como aparece en las fotos y perfectamente equipado. Hemos estado una semana y no nos ha faltado de nada. Buena ubicación para ir a la playa, cerca de restaurants, supermercados y todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

This is a beautiful apartment (block 4, 3rd floor, apartment A) to stay. Close to the beach, 5 minutes walking (easy pace) from bars and restaurants on the promenade. Cozy Belgian café Chez Christel with different Belgian beers and a gathering of European nationalities. Next door to it there is a marvelous restaurant "La Farola" where they serve good fish dishes. Try the Sole a la Meunière, you will be surprised.
The apartment was very, very clean. The furniture is brand new. You will enjoy the sun from 8 in the morning (because the apartment is aimed eastward) until 6.30 pm on the roof terrace. You will enjoy the view off the sea.  
There is a very functional silent air conditioner (with a heating function if you ever would need it).
The communication with Kristina is easy and effortless tru What's App. She makes you feel at home and is very quick in responding. Nextdoors from the apartment is a fruit storage warehouse with very little activity. Positive is that you don't have any front neighbours. On the other side is nature, so no neighbours. The whole building is therefore very quiet and private.
We will try to come back.
