PENTHOUSE WITH AMAZING SEA VIEW FROM A LARGE TERRACE

This is very special penthouse apartment with everything one can wish for. 90 sqm living space and 50 sqm terrace facing south-east with sun from morning to late afternoon. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room with both a lounge part with a brand new sofa bed and a dining part. The terrace can be reached from both bedrooms and from the living room. The sunny terrace is divided in three parts, one lounge part, one with sun chairs and one dining part. Half the terrace can be covered by an awning giving shadow when the sun is too hot. We have a large gas BBQ on the terrace.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One master bedroom with a double bed. Next to the master bedroom is a smaller bedroom with two nice, convenient beds. In each bedroom there is a wardrobe with sliding doors and drawers.
The kitchen is well planned and holds all conveniences as dish washer, stove, fridge, oven, micro, coffee machine, water heater, toaster etc. There is also a washing machine. We have a garage in the house, let us know if you need it.
The house is one of the most beautiful in the area with a large garden and a pool area.

The pool is daily open from mid of June untill august.
11:00-15:30 and 17:30-22:00
In September it´s open during weekends. Like most pools in the area this pool is closed during the winter.

On the opposite side of the street is a big grocery store Supersol.
The beach is only one block from the apartment.

The apartment is very nice, beautiful and comfortable. The location is very convenient being close to the beach boulevard and a super market. The whole building including garage was very clean and is well maintained.
All communication with Kristina was easy, fast and at all times positive.
The handover of the keys upon our arrival was quick, all important things were explained to us. The "checkout" at the end of our stay was also very simple.
When we come back in the future, we will definitely try to stay here again and enjoy the hospitality of Kristina.

Wow! This apartment is the best I have ever stayed in! The location is perfect, close to the beach and the supermarket across the road (with the trolley provided by Kristina!) makes shopping very easy. Everything in the apartment has been well thought out and has everything you need. The bed is amazingly comfortable but the real win is the balcony where you can sit in a sun trap, sit up and watch the boats on the sea coming and going or sit at the dining table. We spent almost the whole holiday on the balcony! There is even room to do yoga there!
